Munster M.E.P., Brian Crowley visited Castletownbere yesterday, Friday 13th October, to meet various individuals and  organizations to discuss their needs.  His first port of call was to the Beara Community School, where he addressed all the pupils.  As he pointed out to them, their voice will be part of Europe's future, their future.  He outlined briefly the workings of the EU and had an open forum to answer any questions they had.

Following this visit, he met groups from the fishing Industry, the farmers, the Business Development Organization, the Castletownbere Creche and Playgroup, groups from Allihies and Beara Action Group as well as individuals who wished to speak with him, whom he advised and helped in any way he could.

Thank you Brian for giving so much of your time to hear our queries, ideas etc and for all the advice.
