BODY RECOVERED IN DECEMBER OFICIALLY IDENTIFIED

Kieran Harrington, R.I.P.
The results of the tests for the identification
of the body recovered from Dunmanus Bay on Saturday 9th December have proved it
to be that of Kieran Harrington, 18, Castletownbere, one of the missing crew of
the St. Gervase, which sank on November 23rd. Because of the decomposition
of the remains, it was necessary to carry out various tests in England to
confirm the identity.
The remains will arrive at the Sacred Heart Church, today Tuesday 23rd January
at 4.00pm. Burial on Wednesday 24th Jan. after 2.00pm Requiem Mass in
Droum Cemetery.
Our Deepest Sympathy to his Mother Sheila, Father Michael, brothers
Michael and Mark, grandparents, cousins, relatives and to his many
friends.
MAY HE REST IN PEACE.
