Last month a large crowd turned out to welcome the winner of last year's Treasure Island programme on RTE, Seán O'Brien, from Midleton, who was to perform the Grand Prize Draw at Murphy's Super Valu Store in Castletownbere. Receipts for purchases over 20 Euro were entered into a draw - with the recipients name, address and tel. no on the reverse side. This promotion commenced at the end of November.
