Andy Concannon started at a blistering pace to put Ballingary into a commanding lead of 0-7 to 0-2after 20 minutes. The final 10 minutes of the half belong to CTB as they struck for two goals in quick succession. The first from Ross Minehane the second from Lorgan Harrington to go on leading at the interval2-4 to 0-9 with in a minute of the restart the sides were level with Andrew O’Sullivan and PJ Gennolly dominating the centre of the field, the CTB forward line were receiving an ample supply of ball.
