Castletownbere was the scene of beautiful young ladies and handsome young  men today as they arrived to join the coaches that awaited them for this years's Debs Ball.  Unfortunately the sunshine that graced our peninsula for the past 3-4 months was only intermittent today and the showers that fell during the morning were violent and left the streets very wet.  As they assembled at the Square to alight the coaches - another shower loomed - hence the reason for no group photo.  Hopefully, I will get one to publish - if there was one taken that is.  The venue this year was the Earl of Desmond Hotel in Tralee and Declan Finegan Coaches from Kenmare ferried them to their destination.  Lets hope that everyone will have a good time.  These are random photos taken today while walking about.  I will gladly publish any others if they are submitted to me.  They will be returned.
