€5000 raised by the crew of the LE ORLA for the Beara Outreach Group, This money is so gratefully received by Group leader Patricia Daly, it means Beara will again be in a position to invite children from Chernobyl effected areas in Belarus.
 
Little Maksim Siarchenia (7years) from Minsk, Belarus (on right)  with his 'Host Family Brother' Seanie Douglas (5years) from Ardgroom, Beara, on board the Irish Naval Ship on a wonderful day out in Castletownbere. Maksim is with a group of 15 orphans staying in Beara this month.
