Every effort was given to Mr. Jordan to respond to the Developers
regarding this issue - he chose not to!
Unfortunately, Beara were left with no option but to moot this
petition - with only a week to go before the developers must respond to
An Bord Pleanala to his objections as well as Roibaird
MacGiollarnaith. All petition replies will be forwarded to An Bord
Pleanala - along with the numerous letters of support from businesses
and organisations in the area already given to them regarding their
development. We also ask that the people speak with their
signatures and voice only with regard to this issue.
